Who Teaches Your Child, Subject by Subject

This is the part most institutes are vague about, so here is the answer in full, including the part that is not a marketing line.

Physics and Chemistry: the same faculty who teach the JEE batches

The NEET Physics and Chemistry syllabus overlaps almost entirely with JEE Main. So the IITian Physics and Chemistry faculty who prepare the IIT-JEE batches also teach the BiPC batches. Your child is taught two of the three NEET subjects by people who spend the rest of their week preparing students for a harder exam in the same material.

Biology: dedicated specialists, who are not IITians

Botany and Zoology are taught by Biology specialists recruited specifically for NEET Biology. They are not IIT alumni, and Nine Education does not claim they are. Biology is 360 of the 720 marks in NEET. It needs a Biology teacher, not a physicist.

Ask any other institute in Hyderabad to break its faculty down this way, subject by subject, and see what comes back. The honest version is that two of three NEET subjects are taught at IIT-JEE standard by the JEE faculty themselves, and the third by specialists whose entire job is NEET Biology.

Directors who still teach

Every campus is run by a director who still teaches a subject rather than only administering one. Suchitra is run by Dharma Teja, an IIT Roorkee alumnus and a Mathematics teacher. A director who teaches sees the batch every week. A director who only administers sees a spreadsheet.

What the Teaching Actually Looks Like

Biology

The NCERT Biology textbook is worked through sentence by sentence, because that is where the majority of NEET Biology questions originate. Students are not handed a parallel set of notes that quietly replaces NCERT. Botany and Zoology are taught separately, each with its own specialist and its own slot in the weekly timetable, rather than merged into a single Biology period.

Labelled diagrams, cycles and flowcharts are drilled as a distinct skill, since a large share of Biology marks turn on recognising a diagram rather than recalling prose. Assertion-reason and statement-based questions are practised as their own format, because the paper has moved steadily towards them. Testing is chapter-wise before it is full-length: a chapter is tested when it is finished, not six months later inside a cumulative mock where one weak chapter disappears into an average score.

Physics

Each topic starts from the underlying idea rather than from a formula sheet, because NEET Physics increasingly tests whether a student understands what a formula describes. Students derive the standard results at least once, since a formula you have derived is one you can reconstruct in the exam hall when you doubt yourself.

Numericals are worked through a fixed method: identify, list the knowns, choose the relation, substitute, sanity-check the unit. It is drilled until it is automatic under time pressure. Previous-year NEET questions are introduced topic by topic as each topic is taught, not saved for a revision block at the end. Every test is followed by a scheduled session where students rework what they got wrong and record why. Marks are not the output of a test. The error log is.

Chemistry

Physical Chemistry is taught as problem-solving, with the same numerical method applied to mole concept, thermodynamics, equilibrium and electrochemistry. Organic Chemistry is taught by mechanism rather than as memorised reaction lists, so an unfamiliar reaction in the paper can be reasoned through instead of recalled. Inorganic Chemistry is anchored to NCERT and drilled through periodic-trend logic and spaced revision, since it rewards recall more than derivation. Reaction and formula revision cycles run through the whole year rather than being compressed into the final two months.

A Week Inside the Programme

The day, and who is in the room

Students are on campus from 8:00am to 5:30pm, with classes and supervised study sessions both inside that window. The important detail is who runs the study sessions. There is no junior-lecturer tier at Nine Education. At most large chains the senior faculty deliver the lecture and junior lecturers supervise the study hours, which is precisely when the real doubts surface. Here the teacher who taught the concept is the person in the room when your child gets stuck on it.

Daily Practice Problems are issued per subject and reviewed rather than handed out and forgotten. Chapter tests follow completion, and full-length NEET mocks run on a fixed calendar with the pattern and timing of the real paper.

What parents see during the year

Every student has a named mentor, at roughly one mentor to six students. That mentor holds the student’s test history and is the single point of contact for questions about that child, rather than a general enquiry desk. The mentor ratio matters more than the batch cap, because a mentor with six students can hold all six test histories in their head. A mentor with forty cannot, and the tracking becomes a report that gets filed rather than read.

Reporting is test-level rather than term-level, so a weak chapter surfaces within weeks instead of at the end of a term. An unexplained absence generates a call, which sounds basic and is one of the more common failures at large centres, where a student can miss a week before anyone notices.

Two things that do not happen here

There is no rank-based segregation. Every student sits in the same batch regardless of their admission-test score. The chains commonly sort students into tiered sections, which concentrates the strongest teaching on the students who least need it and quietly tells the rest of the cohort what the institute expects of them.

There is no batch inflation either. The 40-student cap is per batch, not an average across a campus, and the BiPC intake at each campus is deliberately small: 50 students at Suchitra, 40 at Boduppal, 30 at Attapur. A parent can ask for the current roll count of the specific batch their child would join, and should.

How the Two Years Are Sequenced

One timetable, not two

The most common structural mistake in NEET preparation is treating the board syllabus and the entrance syllabus as two separate jobs. A student attends junior college in the morning and a coaching centre in the evening, covering the same chapter twice, in two sequences, with two sets of notes and two teachers who never speak to each other. In the last quarter of Class 12 the two schedules collide and something gets dropped: usually the boards, occasionally NEET, sometimes the student.

Nine Education is a junior college affiliated to the Telangana State Board of Intermediate Education, so both syllabi are taught by the same faculty on one timetable. A chapter is taught once, at NEET depth, and the board requirement is covered inside that. The practical consequence for a parent is that there is one institution accountable for the result, one faculty team who know the student, and one report to read. If your child is behind in Botany, there is no ambiguity about whose responsibility that is.

Class 11 to the exam

The programme opens with a baseline assessment that establishes where the student actually is in Physics, Chemistry and Biology, independent of Class 10 marks. That sets the mentor’s starting plan. It does not sort the student into a tier.

The first half of Class 11 builds foundations: NCERT Biology line by line, Physics from first principles with the numerical method established early, and Physical Chemistry basics, with chapter tests as chapters complete. The second half adds depth and exam pattern, introducing previous-year NEET questions topic by topic and beginning Organic Chemistry mechanism work. Before Class 12 content starts there is a consolidation block on Class 11 material, because those chapters carry roughly half the NEET paper and are the ones most commonly forgotten by the time the exam arrives.

Class 12 teaches the new syllabus at NEET depth while Class 11 revision cycles continue in parallel rather than being suspended. The final phase is full-syllabus mocks on a fixed calendar, each followed by a scheduled rework session, plus exam-day timing strategy and per-student weak-area work assigned by the mentor from that student’s own test history. Board examinations are handled inside the same timetable by the same faculty, planned around the mock calendar rather than against it.

The Two Paths, and Who Each Is For

Two-year BiPC with NEET, entering Class 11

The main programme, and the right one for a student entering Class 11 who has chosen BiPC and is targeting NEET UG. Intermediate board preparation and NEET preparation are delivered together across Classes 11 and 12, with the batch capped at 40. It suits students who work better with direct faculty access than in a large competitive hall, and families who want their child preparing in Hyderabad rather than relocating to Kota.

One-year NEET Long Term, for repeaters

For students who have already written NEET and want another attempt. The batch is capped at 30 rather than 40, because a repeater cohort needs more individual diagnostic time than a fresh Class 11 batch. The year begins with an analysis of the previous attempt, looking at which subjects lost the marks and whether the cause was concept, accuracy or time, and the plan is built from that rather than from a generic syllabus restart. The fee is ₹1,60,000, with a ₹10,000 token at application. This programme has already run a full cycle, so the results below are its own rather than borrowed from the two-year cohort.

Results, Campuses and Fees

Results, with the denominator

Nine Education reports NEET outcomes as a proportion of the full cohort rather than advertising individual top ranks, because a rank is an anecdote and a rate has a denominator you can check. In the 2026 cycle, 60 per cent of the NEET cohort secured Category A seats, with government medical college admissions at Nizamabad, Nellore, Vikarabad, Dundigal and Kurnool.

When you compare institutes, ask each one for three years of data in the same shape: total students who sat the exam, total qualifiers, and how many crossed the government-seat cut-off. An institute that will only give you names and ranks is giving you the numerator without the denominator.

The four campuses that offer NEET

Nine Education operates fifteen campuses, and four of them run the BiPC with NEET programme. The rest run MPC with IIT-JEE only, so if NEET is what you need, these are the four.

Suchitra, at Alwal Hills in Secunderabad, is the largest campus in the network and offers day scholar and residential places with both boys and girls hostel accommodation. It is run by Dharma Teja. Attapur is day scholar only, with no hostel. LB Nagar, at Mansoorabad, is also day scholar only and runs CBSE Class 11 and 12 in partnership with Birla Open Minds, with IIT-JEE and NEET coaching integrated. Boduppal, at Mallikarjuna Nagar, is Nine Education’s all-girls campus, offering day scholar places and a girls hostel, with an all-women faculty and a woman director.

What it costs

Day-scholar tuition is ₹1,60,000 per academic year at all four campuses. Hostel, where available, is charged separately at approximately ₹1,10,000 per year, which makes the residential total roughly ₹2,70,000 at Suchitra and Boduppal. The one-year NEET Long Term programme is ₹1,60,000 with a ₹10,000 token at application.

Ask for the all-in two-year figure in writing before you pay anything, at any institute, including this one. It should name what is included, such as materials, test series and deposits, and what is not.

Come and See a Working Day

Nothing on this page should be taken on trust. All of it is checkable on a campus visit, which is the point of stating it this specifically.

When you visit, ask to see the current roll count for the BiPC batch your child would join. Ask which faculty member teaches Biology to that batch and how long they have been there. Ask to see a Daily Practice Problem sheet and a recent mock test analysis. Ask who supervises the study session at 3pm on a Wednesday. The answers will either match this page or they will not, and either way you will know more than a brochure could tell you.

Most Hyderabad families shortlist Nine Education alongside Sri Chaitanya, Narayana, Aakash, Allen, Sri Gayatri, Bhashyam or Vignan. These are established institutions with real results, and they suit different students. A student who thrives on a large, visibly competitive cohort may genuinely do better at a chain, while a student who stops asking questions in a room of ninety will not. That is a judgement about your own child, and it is worth making honestly. Run the same four checks at every institute you visit: the batch cap in writing, who supervises study hours, whether sections are tiered by rank, and the name and tenure of the Biology teacher for that specific batch.

To arrange a visit, contact any of the four campuses through nineeducation.in/admissions, or walk in.

Frequently asked questions

Which Nine Education campuses offer NEET coaching in Hyderabad?

Four of Nine Education’s campuses run the BiPC with NEET programme: Suchitra, Attapur, LB Nagar and Boduppal. Suchitra offers both boys and girls hostel accommodation. Boduppal is an all-girls campus with a girls hostel. Attapur and LB Nagar are day-scholar only. The remaining Nine Education campuses run the MPC with IIT-JEE programme and do not teach BiPC.

Who teaches NEET Biology, Physics and Chemistry at Nine Education?

Physics and Chemistry for the NEET batches are taught by the same IIT-alumni faculty who teach the IIT-JEE batches, because that part of the syllabus is shared. Biology, meaning Botany and Zoology, is taught by dedicated Biology specialists recruited for that subject. They are not IIT alumni, and Nine Education does not claim otherwise. Two of the three NEET subjects are therefore taught at IIT-JEE standard by the JEE faculty themselves.

How large are the NEET batches at Nine Education?

The two-year BiPC with NEET batch is capped at 40 students. The one-year NEET Long Term batch is capped at 30. The caps are enforced per batch, not averaged across a campus, and parents can ask to see the current roll count for the specific batch their child would join.

Does Nine Education separate students into batches by entrance-test rank?

No. Every student sits in the same batch regardless of their admission-test score. Nine Education does not run rank-based or merit-segregated sections, which is standard practice at the large coaching chains in Hyderabad. There is also no junior-lecturer system: the same subject faculty who teach the classes also supervise the study sessions, from 8:00am to 5:30pm.

What does the NEET programme at Nine Education cost?

Day-scholar tuition is ₹1,60,000 per academic year at all four NEET campuses. Hostel, where available, is charged separately at approximately ₹1,10,000 per year. The one-year NEET Long Term programme is ₹1,60,000 with a ₹10,000 token at application. Ask for the all-in two-year figure in writing, including materials, test series and deposits.

What NEET results has Nine Education produced?

In the 2026 cycle, 60 per cent of Nine Education’s NEET students secured Category A seats, with government medical college admissions at Nizamabad, Nellore, Vikarabad, Dundigal and Kurnool. Nine Education reports qualification rates against the full cohort rather than advertising individual top ranks, so parents can see the denominator.

Is the two-year programme or the one-year Long Term programme right for my child?

The two-year BiPC with NEET programme starts in Class 11 and covers Intermediate board preparation and NEET together. The one-year NEET Long Term programme is for students who have already written NEET once and want another attempt. It is capped at 30 students and has already run a full cycle. Students entering Class 11 should take the two-year programme.
